Electric and chiral response to a pseudoelectric field in Weyl materials

چکیده
One of the unique features Weyl and Dirac materials is possibility to realize effective pseudo-electromagnetic (axial) fields by perturbing band structure. These couple with a different sign quasiparticles chirality. Here, authors show that dynamical pseudoelectric field allows for Hall-like electric current response resembling celebrated anomalous Hall effect. The conductivity this nondissipative determined wave vector perturbation, example, sound.
